An easy and healthy way to have chicken potpie
This is a modified recipe from Taste of Home's Recipe Collection magazine - Sargento 2003
A Single crust potpie full of veggies & Chicken! This serving size is listed as two because I don't serve a side dish with it, but it can easily be served as 4 servings with an additional side dish.
This recipe came from light and tasty and I love it! It's really easy to make and a great way to use leftover chicken or turkey.
This is a great recipe--the crust is great and the potato flakes make the crust flakey.
A tasty chicken potpie with a lot less calories and sodium than the store bought or take out ones. It also freezes well so make a couple in advance and pull them out when you need a quick dinner.
You can either use this to throw into a pie crust or by itself and pour over biscuits, crescents or puff pastry dough.
still tastes rich and creamy but with a lot less fat and calories then any store bought brand :)
