    2 Tbsp Canola Oil
    4 cups frozen veggies
    3 Tbsp Butter
    1.5 cups chicken broth
    1/2 c Milk
    3 Tbsp Flour
    1 tsp Curry powder
    1 tsp Salt
    1/2 tsp Pepper
    2 tbsp Parsley, dried
    4 Pillsbury uncooked Crescent rolls
