Ingredients

1.25 lbs white chicken breasts, cooked and cubed (1 lb works too, but i have kids that only like the meat, so I throw in extra.)
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 can of cream of celery soup (mushroom works too)
1 bag of 16 oz mixed frozen vegetables, thawed
variations: can add some mushrooms, peppers, onion, cubed cooked med potato, 1 tsp of garlic powder, pepper to taste

Directions

Cook chicken thoroughly in large pan with about 3/4 cup water, and cube into pieces. Set aside. Heat vegetables with a little water in same pan. Drain. Add both cans of soup to veggies. Add milk to desired consistency. Keep it thicker for potpie, slightly thinner for the rest. Season to taste with pepper and what you desire. Add to pie crust and cook to dough's directions or keep warm as biscuits are made. This will make either 2 pot pies, or serve 10-12 people served over biscuits.
