Ingredients

    1 container of Yoplait thick and creamy light strawberry yogurt ( 6 oz)

    1.5 cups strawberries, partially thawed

    1.5 cups of skim milk

    2 tsp Splenda

    ice cubes

Directions

Put fruit and yogurt and milk into blender. Blend until smooth. Add Splenda to taste. Add ice cubes to thicken and chill.

Serves about 5
