I use Sugar Free pudding mix, and 1 cup of milk and 3 cups low fat or fat free cool whip to make these even creamier. - 1/13/09

I made this in small cups instead of pops. I layered pudding on the bottom, blueberries and strawberries in the middle with more pudding on top.. then froze it. AMAZING! :) Big hit even with my dad whos picky about desserts! - 4/27/09

I use sugar free pudding ,1&1/2 cup 1% milk, 8 tsp. Benefiber and sugar free cool whip (1/2-1C) this makes it creamy and adds fiber. Makes 4 servings - 2/9/09

I used to make these for my kids when they were small, now I make them with the light version for myself. Another good one is to blend lots of fresh fruit in a blender and then freeze that into popsicles, all fresh fruit and NO FAT. - 8/22/08

I used paper cups & had a problem w/ the paper sticking to the pop. I ran the cup under warm water to losen, then it came off cleanly. Also, the paper cups made the popsicle a little bulky for our mouths. A popsicle mold would work better for both problems. - 8/29/08

I use little 2 oz plastic cups and then don't have to worry about paper sticking. Then I can wash them and re use them. A variation of this is mixing the pudding with fat free cool whip! - 7/2/08

I have not made this recipe but my mother made the fruit juice version in little cups and used toothpicks. For anyone making it cover the cops with plastic wrap and push a toothpic through the wrap and it will hold it in place. Thank you for sharing this. I will serve this a an after school snack. - 8/22/08
