The boys and I love this recipe. I always simmer uncovered to thicken the sauce and often add garlic and some pepper flakes for additional flavor. Easy school night/sports night dinner! - 5/14/14

I made this recipe last night for DBF and he LOVED it! I used only 4 chicken thighs, cherry coke zero, and cut the recipe in half and served it with rice on the side. The flavor was so good, rated 5/5 on our own personal scale and will be making this many more times! - 5/3/11

Yummy! I used my Hunts catsup that has no HFCS, now available at your local grocery. It tastes the same as the old catsup, only healthier! - 11/2/10

Very good. I think next time I will use tomato paste and seasonings in place of the ketchup. I felt as if I defeated the purpose of the diet coke with the HFCS in the ketchup - 3/20/10
