I covered a plate with a single layer of pepperoni slices, then loaded them with black olives, chunky salsa and bagged shredded cheddar. Then I nuked the whole stack 'til the cheese looked melty. The slices weren't totally crispy, but with sour cream, my "pepperoni nachos" were outrageous! - 3/7/11

I love these and dip them in sour cream! YUM! but if you don't want to bake them, I spread them out on a paper plate lined w/paper towels and microwave them. Based on your microwave, it takes only 1 -1/12 minutes. Mine takes 1 min. 10 sec.! Enjoy - 7/2/08

Good but WAY too salty. The sour cream helped cut through the salt but I still felt the need to drink about a gallon of water afterward. I'll have to look for a lower sodium version of turkey pepperoni. - 6/10/11

This was so good. Hubby even liked it. I am so in love with this recipe Mozella Cheese, Goat Cheese, Basil on a bed of pepperoni then microwaved it. Cheddar cheese, Monetary Jack Cheese, Spinach on a bed of pepperoni. So many combinations that you can come up with. Yum! - 7/31/19

I love these. My boyfriend just had them about 2 weeks ago for the first time. He loves them too. We like pepperoni in this house a lot. Our children love these. Our daughter likes them with ranch dressing. - 4/12/17

These are good and quick to make. Similarly, I often put some salami slices in a pan for a few minutes and serve them as breakfast meat instead of bacon. - 9/24/16

Yummy! Good flavor and crispy. I used them with egg salad for a low carb lunch. Very good and will make them again. Be sure not to over cook them. - 1/24/16

These are also good dipped in pizza sauce. A quarter of a cup of Chef Bordee is what I use if I want to dip them. My dogs also fight for the turkey pep as a treat. I prefer Hormel. I tried another brand of turkey pep, and had to throw it away. - 5/30/14

I just made these and love them! They really do satisfy the 'snacking' urge. I also microwaved them and was pleased with how they turned out. I can imagine adding a lot of different toppings - sour cream, cream cheese, olives, etc., to really make a nice canape tray. Perfect!! - 3/15/10
