This tastes like a restaurant meal. I used panko bread crumbs and seasoned the salmon with a touch of garlic salt before putting the crumb topping on. I just spray the salmon and sprinkle on the topping; that way I can get a nice, generous crust of crumbs on top. - 2/27/12

This is worth to be repeated. Thank you. It's just enough for the 3 of us. My hubby & daughter had a serving & a 1/2. I served it w/ mashed tatters & honey glazed carrots. Thank you. I save the rest of the dry ingredients in a sprinkle container & put in the fridge for future use. - 3/20/10

I found this recipe a bit bland and reading the ingredients I felt it would be, so I knew to add more spices like garlic for one, to add some flavor. But all in all was a good basic recipe. - 10/31/19

Oh my gosh, this salmon is fantastic! I had to use italian bread crumbs cause that is all I had and I sprinkled some of the breading on both sides of the salmon. The old me would have had more than 1 serving, but I was good...only 1 serving. I will be using this recipe very often. - 3/20/17

Very good! It was very easy to make, and tasted great! We used "panko" bread crumbs, so it was a nice crumbly texture with the parmesan cheese. Thanks for the recipe! - 2/4/10

Wow, this was great! I halved the paprika, but next time I won't. It needed a little more kick and the paprike would have done that! - 7/29/08

Fantastic! I'm always looking for new and different ways to prepare salmon, and this recipe is a keeper. It gives the salmon just enough texture, and still lets the flavor of the fish come through. I love it! - 5/18/08

I made this for dinner tonight and it was wonderful. I used all dry seasonings and it was really good. My family wanted more, but it was all gone. My husband seered his in a pan with cooking spray for a few minutes at the end to give it a more "crusty" coating. - 5/13/08
