This meatloaf is very good-- almost exactly how I have always made my meatloaf with ground beef! I added chopped bell peppers, celery, and onion, and a tsp. of minced garlic. Also, as others have mentioned, I used a little Worstershire sauce & brown sugar with the ketchup. Delicious! - 11/29/10

Good Recipe. Quick and Easy. I made two smaller loaves and cooked for about 30 minutes. We ate one right away and froze one for the following week. Thanks for the great recipe. - 5/13/09

Deeeelicious! I halved the recipe and added minced garlic, parsley, pepper and Sriracha sauce. Instead of ketchup, I used a squirt of some roasted red pepper dressing and substituted bread crumbs for some stale chips I had in the cupboard. I would use less water next time. Definitely a repeat though - 4/2/11

Delicious! I used oats instead of bread crumbs. Next time I would cut down on the water, as it made it quite mushy and unable to shape into a loaf, so I baked it as patties instead. - 2/18/11

My husband was skeptical about "turkey" meatloaf because Meatloaf is one of his favorite meals but He was happy with this recipe. It was very delicious and he liked it better than his regular meatloaf. So this makes me very happy! Thank you very much for this recipe! - 3/2/09

I made this tonight. The only change I made is to add 2 packets of onion soup mix. The flavor was good, but could be elevated. I will try the BBQ sauce instead of ketchup. - 5/24/15

Great recipe! I used chili sauce instead of ketchup (I always use it in my meatloaf), and omitted the water. Oh, and I finely chopped up about half a container of sliced button mushrooms I had in the fridge and added that too. It turned out delicious! - 8/23/12

I loved this, but due to my husband's complaining I used extra lean ground beef. Along with others I agree that next time I will use less water when making it, but I am gonna add this to my tasty family pleasing meals. - 5/22/11

We really liked this meatloaf. It was so moist. I made these changes based on other reviews: I used oatmeal as the filler. Used BBQ sauce mixed with the ingredients, and on top I mixed ketchup, brown sugar and worchestershire sauce. Really, really tasty. Thanks so much for the recipe - 8/16/10
