Ingredients

1 Package of Buttermilk Refrigerated Biscuits
    1 Large Orange
1 Package of Light Cream Cheese - Softened
1 Pint of Strawberries hulled and sliced in heart shapes (Top to bottom slices)
    1 Tsp Confectioner's Sugar
    1 Tsp Chocolate Sauce
    2 Tbsp Granulated Sugar Divided.
    1 Tsp Cinnamon
    1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
1 Sprig of Mint for Garnish
    1 Tsp Strawberry Extract

Directions

Remove the 10 Flaky layer biscuits from the container and separate into 5 stacks of two biscuits each. Mix 1/4 cup of Sugar and Teaspoon of Cinnamon together. Carefully, separate the layers of the biscuits and sprinkle a bit of the Cinnamon/Sugar mixture onto each layer. (I was able to get 4 layers using the two biscuits) Put the biscuits back together and knead the layers together and roll out to form a heart shape, approximately 11" tall by 7" wide.

The dough is quite stretchy and will shrink up while cooking. I used an 11" x 15" sheet pan and baked two hearts at a time. The cookie sheet was completely covered with dough when I placed it into a preheated 400 degree oven. I baked them for approximately 6-8 minutes until slightly golden brown.

Remove them from the oven to cool. Repeat for all Biscuits. Once the biscuits are done, set the oven to preheat for Broiler Setting.

In a bowl, whip the softened Light Cream Cheese together with 1 tablespoon of granulated Sugar, the zest from the orange (1 tbsp), and 1 Tsp of Strawberry Extract. Whip until fluffy. (You can use a hand mixer if you would prefer, but I like getting the exercise with whipping it by hand :)

Juice the Orange into a bowl. Hull and rinse 1 pint of fresh Strawberries. Slice them from top to bottom to form Heart shaped slices. Add Strawberries into the Orange Juice along with the remaining 1 Tbsp granulated sugar. Marinate the Strawberries in the Orange juice and sugar mixture for 15 minutes.

Take a cooled Heart shaped biscuit and spread the Strawberry cream cheese mixture evenly over the top of the biscuit near to the edge of the biscuit. Place two Hearts onto your sheet pan and place under the broiler until the cream cheese begins to brown just slightly. (Be careful, it doesn't take long. I had my rack at mid point in the oven) Remove from oven to plate.

Garnish a plate with the chocolate Sauce in the shape of an arrow on a diagonal on the plate. Place the Pizza on the plate so that the Chocolate Arrow pierces the heart.

Spread two tablespoons (1 Serving) of "My Mom's Strawberry Marmalade" over the cream cheese mixture. With a slotted spoon, drain Strawberry slices and layer onto the marmalade

Top the Strawberry Love with a dusting of Confectioner's Sugar and a sprig of Mint. Serve with a refreshing Strawberry Watermelon Chiller.

I made the chiller with 4 ounces of frozen strawberries, 4 ounces of seedless watermelon cubes, a half cup of crushed ice and a tsp of sugar whipped in a blender. A splash of Lime Soda adds a bit of bubbles to the drink.

Makes 5 Heart Shaped Pizza's

Enjoy. Bon Appetite.
