This was very good. I substituted turkey sausage and used southwest style hashbrowns. - 5/8/08

    Incredible!
DELICIOUS!! We added minced garlic when sautéed onions, added green onions to the egg mix and at the end topped with additional cheese and green onions. No paprika or chilles were used.
Before serving also topped with sour cream and salsa.

    Incredible!
This was a great breakfast and all my boys asked for more - next time I'm going to have to double it to satisfy their appetites. We also added cilantro with the onions - very yummy! - 6/7/08

sounds good, I think I'll replace the sausage with turkey sausage, just add sage with it. - 6/3/08

With regular cheese and eggs instead of egg beaters, is the calorie count correct? - 5/6/08

This was a great recipe! It didn't taste like "healthy" food at all, so my hubby even liked it! I am going to share this one with my in-laws - they love breakfast casserole! - 5/4/08
