It sounds excellent, but I will not be eating 700 calories a serving all in one meal, yikes!! I will just have to salivate over the reviews of the people who were skinny enough to try it. - 1/8/09

This recipe looks delicious, but I thought this website was for people trying to eat healthier and lose weight. This is not the right meal for that! I was looking at it trying to slim it down, like lower fat cottage cheese and cheese. Again, looks good, but not at this time in my life. - 6/20/08

This looks like it would be good, but 696 calories and 35 grams of fat per serving...I would have to think carefully about wanting to use so much of my daily limits on one meal. - 6/1/08

This looks like a good tasting recipe, but sodium could be halved by making your own spaghetti sauce, leaving out the crumbles, and using Italian spices like basil, oregano, and rosemary instead. - 5/13/08
