These are quick and easy to make, and taste incredible! Even better, they are very inexpensive to make. I used ground chicken instead of turkey and it tasted fantastic! - 11/9/08

You can alter the ingredients to lower sodium or remove the high sodium ingredient , some people just need to complain. Be creative with spices to obtain the same flavor - 4/3/13

Hi, MMMVeggies! I just found you but ... you can either buy low-sodium tomatoes OR you can wash them off to get rid of some of the sodium. And if you're really NA conscious, then use NU SALT or other sodium-free salts. Or try Mrs. Dash - there are a LOT of varieties. You're right to be so aware. - 1/8/11

Sazon and Adobo can be found at your local supermarket (I go to Pathmark or ShopRite) in the international or Spanish aisle. The brand is Goya, and usually Goya products are kept together. - 6/17/10

    Incredible!
I wasn't able to find the Goya Sazon, I'll have to look at a local Spanish market. I also was being dingy and misread the .5 tsp of cayenne pepper for 5 tsps!! Although it was rather spicy, it was DELICIOUS! - 9/3/08
