I added a few green onions and two finely chopped carrots to the recipe. It was pretty good, but I think it would be better if you use a "natural" peanut butter that doesn't have so much sugar in it, because it turned out almost too sweet, and I didn't even use the applejuice. - 6/25/07

These were awesome. I don't care much for spaghetti but my husband loves all pasta. I was surprised at how delicious these were. I should have tasted them before I plated them and gave double to my husband! Next time I know better. PS..Hubby kept dipping his bread into the pot I mixed these in. - 6/3/09

I used rice noodles and imagine that it would be good with the wide rice noodles also. Also, I have some homemade sesame seed paste made by dry pan frying sesame seeds until just barely browned and fragrant and then blenderizing them into a paste. yum! - 8/27/10

I loved this recipe. I have been trying to find a good cold sesame noodle recipe since I moved away from NY and this was the closest so far! I didn't use apple juice or red pepper, but it still reminded me of the noodles I use to get at my favorite NYC chinese restaurant! - 6/26/09

Easy. Looked appetizing. Two bites later--my husband ate a turkey sandwich & I ate a bowl of cheerios. He thanked me profusely when I stood and scraped my plate into the trash. Followed the recipe....??? - 3/17/07

Oh my, this is delicious! A new favorite. Thanks so much for sharing! Modifications: had no apple juice so used hot water from pasta pot, added one shredded cooked chicken breast, added a couple splashes of hot sauce for zip. Next time I make this I'll add veggies. - 10/14/10

I couldn't tell that the recipe called for "sweet" peanut butter - I always use natural peanut butter (just peanuts and oil, or some will also add salt), so that's what I would try with this, and I bet it will be DELICIOUS!! - 8/27/10
