Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    33 grams Bread Crumbs
8 ounces Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast cut into nugget sized pieces
    6 tsp Tabasco Sauce
    1 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
    1 tsp Black Pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Put bread crumbs in dish. Add a dash of each of the seasonings and mix well. Place chicken pieces in a separate dish, and cover and toss with hot sauce. Spray a baking pan with nonstick spray. Give each chicken piece a shake (so it's not dripping with hot sauce), and then coat it evenly with the crumbs. Lay the nuggets on the baking pan. Place in the oven, and bake for 10 minutes. Then flip the wings over, and return them to the oven for 10 more minutes, or until outsides are crispy and chicken is cooked throughout.

OMG DELICIOUS!! I used 3chick brst halves cut into strips instead of nuggets; used Frank's Buf Chick; added dried parsley to herbs; &used mini food chopper to make bread crumbs (5 slices). After flipping over, cooked 2nd side for 15 mins due to larger size. Made two 9x13 pans. Fantastic, 200 stars! - 1/6/09

AMAZING!!! I've made these about 5 times now and can't get enough of them. I use Frank's BBQ Wing Sauce, and after they've baked I dip them in hot sauce again. Not for the meek, but perfect for me! - 2/12/09

This recipe was AWESOME. I used boneless skinless chicken breasts and cut into tiny bite size pieces. I also only have italian bread crumbs on hand so I added less of the spices and it turned out perfect. Very tender and it was awesome to dip them in some light ranch or mix of ranch/wing dip - 3/1/08

Phenomenal! Just enough spice (although I may a tad more the next time as we like things hot!)

For the kids (who do not like things hot), I dipped the chicken pieces in ranch dressing before coating with bread crumbs and those were fantastic too!

Definitely will become a staple recipe!!!!

I thought these were SO hot! and I like spicy. I'll probalby make them again, but with about half the spice. I used panko breadcrumbs and was please by the crispiness. I did broil them for a bit to crisp them up. - 1/13/09

I used chicken wings (so I increased the cooking time) for this one and eliminated the Cayenne pepper. They were pretty hot, but sooooooo good! No yucky grease like when you buy chicken wings from a restaurant! - 2/1/09

These were good! I used chicken tenders for strips and I didn't measure the bread crumbs or the seasonings, but I did use extra red and black pepper as we love the heat! I was hoping they would be crispier, so I may use cornflakes the next time, but still very good and tasty!! Thanks for posting! - 1/11/09

I used chicken breast tenderloins and substituted the bread crumbs with corn flakes.I dipped the chicken in whole wheat flour first, then in egg whites, then in corn flakes with these seasonings. I didn't dip it in hot sauce (we each added it ourselves). My husband and I both loved it!! - 10/7/09

This recipe is fantastic! The bast part is that you can control the heat pretty easily with how much Cayenne or the degree of hot sauce. We love Hot and Spicy Made some fresh. cool dipping sauce w/ non-fat yougurt, non-fat sour cream, grted cucumber, fresh cilanto and other spices. Yummy! - 3/6/08

It was easy to make and very tasty. Made a great Super Bowl lunch, it was more like Spicy chicken nuggets. I love Spicy food, but I think the next time I make this I may either leave out the tabasco or put a little less Cayenne pepper. - 2/12/08

Easy to prepare recipe. I used boneless skinless chicken breast and seasoned it with Tony's seasoning instead of cayenne and black pepper. My wings were slightly salty but that's most likely due to the Tony's seasoning. My son and I really enjoyed this dish. - 3/23/08

These were good, but I would not call them "hot" wings. Nothing hot about them. They had the slight taste of the hot sauce. Other than that, they were good. I put the leftovers on a salad.

Made this a few times now. I use a few "squirts" of tabasco & let the onion & garlic be the main flavor with tabasco just adding a bit of heat. I do not use the Cayenne Pepper at all. Less like wings that way, but easier for me to eat since I'm a mild girl! It's more of a tasty nugget that way. - 6/22/10
