Introduction

Ingredients

    4 large eggs
    1 cup splenda
    2 cups milk
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    sprinkle of nutmeg

Directions

Yields: 1 deep dish pie

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix eggs, splenda, milk, and vanilla in a medium bowl until well combined. Pour into deep dish pie crust. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake 45-50 minutes or until almost set. Serve warm or cold. Enjoy.

    I made this as custard, not pie. Very good. I used 3 c. milk and that made it too soft, but still good. I was trying to use up my milk. - 2/16/09

    Very Good
    Not bad at all. I put shredded coconut on mine and made a meruinge and it definitely satisfied the craving. Great base method to add different flavors to - 1/2/15
