    ceviche is delisioso, is this a central america version though? I grew up eating the Mexican version wich is made with shrip,lime,tomatoes,cilantro and clamato.usually on a tostada with ofcours some tapatio saus,MMMMMmmmm. i'll go make some now. bye - 1/29/09

    I haven't made this yet, but I grew up eating ceviche since I grew up in Honduras and I have never heard of ceviche with cabbage in it. Yes, the lime cooks the shrimp, no need to cook in first, that's the best part, it tastes much better this way. I love ceviche! - 7/6/08

    i first had this at a party of a friend from peru you can marinate the shrimp in lemon over nite or boil the shrimp it is awesome so few calories and you feel so full and can have more 150 calories for thewole recipe i make this all the time - 3/18/08
