This was excellent. I used small scallops and shrimp, and whole wheat pasta. I made this for my boyfriend (this is his favorite dish to order if we go out for italian), and he loved it! - 12/25/08

i loved this so much, i'm making it again right now but I'm sauteing a little garlic, yellow pepper and a tomato with basil paste to add on top, I added a little more milk to the sauce, this would be great with chicken too, I am just in love with the sauce ,happy to know how to make good alfredo now - 3/24/11
