Ingredients

    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tablespoon
    Onions, raw, 1 small
    Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 20 oz
    Heiner's 35 White Bread (2 slices), 2 serving - made into fine crumbs
    Skim Milk, .5 cup
    Egg white, 1 serving
    Ketchup, Heinz, 3 tbsp
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp
    Garlic powder, .5 tsp
    Basil, .5 tsp
    Thyme, ground, .25 tsp
    Pepper, black, .25 tsp

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 350F, spray an 8x5" loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. In a small non-stick skillet, heat the oil. Saute the onion until tender, 4-5 min.
2. In a medium bowl, combine the onion, turkey, bread crumbs, milk, egg white, ketchup, cheese, garlic powder, basil, thyme and pepper; blend well. Shape into a loaf and transfer to the pan. Bake until browned and cooked through, 50-60 min. Let stand 10 min before slicing.
