These were very tasty. I salted the zucchini after shredding them and let them sit a bit, then pressed the moisture out. Glad I did that or they might have been too "runny". Otherwise, followed the recipe and my family liked it. Even the picky 7 year old ate a whole fritter. - 7/19/12

Great idea but needed some garlic powder and cayenne pepper to make it more interesting. Also would recommend making into smaller fritters to get crispier. I served it with sourcream like a latka which was great. Thinking next time I'll put a dash of cheese and egg whites instead to make up for it. - 2/28/12

A success with all members of my family. Don't cook them too fast or the batter will not get cooked in the center! - 6/24/09

Wowza!! This is AWESOME! I just made this tonight and the 4, 10 and 12 year olds all gave it a thumbs up! I added a small dollop of low fat organic sour cream to the center of each cooked fritter and that also tasted very good! - 7/6/08

We made these tonight and they were good but kind of soft. Next time we will squeeze out the juice first like the first person said. - 9/22/16

I only had white flour so maybe that caused them to be a little more limp than expected. Otherwise AMAZING! - 10/3/10

these had an amazing flavor, but the cooking part didn't work out so well for me. I'll have to work on that technique. - 4/2/10
