This was delicious! I substituted thyme for tarragon, only because I didn't have any tarragon. I would absolutely make this again, and the low-carb makes it a great option for the next time I make dinner for my parents since my dad's diabetic. Thank you! - 5/30/10

I had this for dinner last night, did a few changes to it, baked it, topped it with olive oil, salmon rub, & lime juice. Served it with brown rice and brussel sprouts. Will do it again!! - 4/8/10

    Incredible!
Yummy! Perfect mixture of spices and wonderful flavor! My picky 20 year old daughter ate all her fish (that never happens). I will definately use this recipe many times.
    Thank you!

Loved it! Paprika and tarragon is a perfect seasoning for Roughy. I used Pam olive oil spray in place of the regular olive oil, and it was a tad bit dry, but still very flavorful, next time I will use the real deal. - 3/25/09

    Very Good
Very good, light, yet flavorful. I substituted a little all-purpose seasoning for the tarragon and cut back on the olive oil. We really enjoyed this. - 12/29/08

I thought this was wonderful, I changed it a bit though, I used less olive oil and simply covered the fish with the spices, I didn't measure. I also sprayed on the I can't believe it's not butter, then baked for 30 min, My husband even loved it! - 4/1/08

HI, I made this today for dinner and it was excellent. I didn't have any sea salt so I used a dash or regular. Also, I us a bit of allspice in place of tarragon because I was out and it was great. I have one question the calories mentioned are 452.7 and my total for today's meal was calculated at 76 - 8/5/07
