    Incredible!
Tasted good and was fast and easy. Even the husband liked it!

The more that I fix this, the more I love it. We've had it a few times now. It is so easy, and since it is poached, so healthy. I am thinking that I could do it with other things besides lemon pepper...maybe some Cajun spice. Yumm

Good but not great - flavor is simple, so kids will probably like it. Easy to make, so I will probably make it again! - 7/27/09
