I use cajun or creole seasoning for a little more flavor and spice! I've also made an italian version with rosemary and parmessan(more calories). These potatoes go with everything, beef, poultry, pork and seafood. - 4/21/10

Amazing! I tried this recipe almost exactly as written (I used Yukon Gold potatoes and put all ingredients in a ziploc bag rather than a bowl to coat) and it is perfect! Hands down the best roasted potato recipe I've ever tried, and so simple to prepare! - 2/28/11

These were awesome! I just had one russet potato and one red potato in the house, so that's what I used. Both types of potato worked fine. I cut them smaller than the recipe called for, so that they would look like regular fries. The flavor was great, and my 2-year-old loved them! - 1/27/11
