Instead of lemon pepper, I sprinkled it with regular pepper and when it was finished cooking, squeezed some fresh lemon over it. - 11/16/09

    Incredible!
This is great! So simple, nutritious, just really good! I tripled the chicken breasts in order to feed DH. I added another 1/2 c. mushrooms, and increased seasonings by taste. I served it over steamed smashed tiny gold potatoes, with some leftover veggies. DH approves. - 5/14/20

Recipe is missing some key points (i.e.--Baking temp; time; etc.) but I was able to keep a close eye on the chicken breast and it came out tasty and moist. - 1/3/12

I neglected to check my spices prior to making this and ran out of Lemon Pepper so after using a teaspoon of lemon pepper I added 2 fl oaunes of OJ. To my surprise it rocked!!! I served with mixed veggie's. My family enjoyed it and I will deffiently try this receipe again with the LP and OJ. - 3/25/09

Delish. The Pam dried up a bit while the chicken cooked, so I misted the pan again with some olive oil. Instead of lemon pepper, I used lemon juice and fresh cracked pepper. - 1/20/09
