Ingredients

    3 cups leftover Mashed Potatoes
    2 cans yellow sweet corn
    16 ounces leftover turkey
3 cups turkey gravy (or homemade)
Kraft Chicken flavored stuffing mix (4 cups prepared)
salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
    cranberry sauce

Directions

Make mashed potatoes so that they are very thick. Layer half on the bottom of a 9x13 inch rectangular deep dish baking pan. Drain the corn and layer 1 can over the top of the potatoes, evenly. Layer 1/2 of the turkey as if lasagna noodles on top of the corn. Pour 1 cup of gravy evenly over the turkey. Layer the second half of the potatoes over the turkey and gravy, layer last can of corn over that, layer the last of the turkey over that and then pour 1 cup more over the turkey. Prepare the chicken stuffing mix with a bit less water and preheat oven to 350. Once the stuffing is ready cover the top of the dish evenly with it and place in oven for 20-25 minutes or until the stuffing is brown and crispy and the casserole is warmed through. Once served pour a little gravy on top of each piece to finish off.

My husband doesn't like corn so I used mixed veggies.
