Ingredients

    1 Fresh Peach
    2 tsp Brown Sugar
    0.5 tsp Butter

Directions

Halve peaches.
Place butter in hollow of each half.
Top with brown sugar.
Bake at 375 degrees until soft (about 30 minutes)
Serve hot. Make sure to scrape all the yummy goodness off the bottom of the pan.
Serve with low-fat frozen yoghurt or ice cream. (Not included in calorie calculation)

    Very Good
    This was very good, and so simple to make. I was able to get my "only canned peach" eating son to eat this "real peach", and he loved it. I also sprinkled with a little cinnamon. - 2/23/09
