I doubled ingredients & made it with a pack of chicken thighs (about 10?). I used a yummy spicy tomatillo salsa & added extra curry - also added frozen peas a little while before it was done. I pulled the chicken from the bones and threw it back in the pot. I served it over brown rice. We LOVED it! - 8/16/09

I used medium salsa, two HEAPING Tbs of curry powder, and 1Tbs of garam masala. Also, per recommendations on Kraft's website (where I assume you got this recipe), I added a bag of frozen mixed vegetables and half a bag of frozen broccoli. With the additions, it was amazing! - 10/1/11

Really enjoyed this. Not too spicy but just enough kick. Used yogurt intead of sour cream since I didn't have sour cream. Delicious. - 11/28/10

Great and easy dish but I substituted cream of mushroom for the sour cream because my husband hates it. - 1/16/09

This looks great minus the huge sodium count. I may try to make a lower sodium version. I'll let you know how it goes. - 11/19/08

I actually shredded the chicken and put it in a mini-whole wheat pita for lunch, and it was a nice change. I also recommend putting it over couscous. The chicken and the sauce liven the couscous up for a healthy, delicious meal. - 10/20/08
