I tried this at a party & really liked it. It was served with cinnamon graham crackers. It would also make a nice frozen pie. - 12/15/08

I bet this would be good with graham crackers to make a "ice cream" sandwich. It looks very good! - 11/12/09

This is so good! Sweet, seasonal, and healthy treat. I had all the ingredients on hand and it only took a few minutes to make. Even my fiance, who is usually not a big pumpkin fan, loved it! Just what I needed for my sweet tooth too. Thank you! - 10/29/08

My kids love this! I put it inbetween graham crackers and freeze for a healthy ice cream sandwich. Also, great to use as a trifle filling with gingerbread or pound cake. - 10/18/08

Served this at a "harvest" baby shower, used animal crackers for dipping. It was a huge hit! (curious though, when you click on nutritional breakdown, it has calories from cream cheese which isn't in the recipe?) - 9/24/11
