I really like this recipe. I used half the amount of turkey, but otherwise I followed it exactly. I made much larger portions (only 3 instead of 8), so I'm not exactly sure how the nutritional values work out for that. I highly recommend it. - 1/12/09

Great taste! My dressing was really thick though, so need to figure out what I did wrong. could have been the greek yogurt versus the regular. will definitely keep trying, excellent taste. - 1/5/09

I have had this now with and without the mangos and loved it both ways. I used shredded baked chicken from the grocery store to save time. I also added finely shredded cabbage for extra crunch! Yummy!!! - 7/15/08

Yummy! I use PB2 instead of the peanut butter and the fat calories go way down!!! If you haven't tried it and like peanut butter, you are missing out! I also use it in the Thai Noodle Salad recipe! - 7/4/08

I made this for a potluck and it was a big hit! I increased the hot sauce quite a bit. Also I used mixed greens, not just spinach. Same salad with romaine, iceberg, etc great also. - 7/18/07

Delicious - even without the hot sauce (which I seemed to be out of) I mixed all of the ingredients together except the spinach so it would store better, (I was only serving 2 people) but I also think it looked elegant serving it over a bed of spinach. - 4/29/07

The combination of flavors in this salad are very good. The dressing is too heavy. I even tried to lighten it up with more soy sauce, some balsamic vinegar and a little oil. This lightened it but not enough. I'm going to try the salad with a tamrarin sauce next time. - 1/2/10

Delicious! And easy to adapt if you don't have artichokes (I used olivesm) or yogurt (thought I had it but didn't! used light mayo instead.) I also added fresh parsley for added greenery :) - 11/9/09
