Ingredients

Box of Jello Gelatin Dessert (I used Black Cherry)
Box of Jello Instant Pudding & Pie Filling ~ Vanilla
2 cups of non-fat milk
Directions
Make Jello Gelatin with water, according to the directions on the box. Pour 1/3 c of the liquid into 6 clear cups.
Put in the fridge until it sets.
Once it sets (about 4 hours... or leave it overnight), mix the 2 cups of milk with the pudding. Before it sets, pour 1/3 cup of the pudding over the gelatin. Put in the fridge & wait 5 minutes and enjoy!

Thank-you so much! Mom made this often when we were kids. She made it in a 9x13 clear pyrex cake pan and it was so pretty and yummy! I will make this with sugar free Jello and sugar free Jello pudding-no carb, no sugar!!! My diabetic hubby will love it! The Jello site didn't even have this recipe!! - 2/24/10

Please remove the "vegetarian" tag from this recipe. Gelatin, by definition, is NOT vegetarian. Thanks. - 9/29/08

I'm not the one who put that. I added that it would be great for kids & dessert. I will remove it, though. Anyone who is a vegetarian would know not to eat this, though.
