Definitely quick and easy. Would have like exact measurements in the recipe as I only used 3/4 lb haddock and think it was less than the recipe called for. Next time will reduce amount of crackers/butter. - 8/8/11

OH MY! This was DELICIOUS. I am not a huge fan of fish, but I loved every bite of this and so did my fiance. I used fresh squeezed lemon and fresh parsley. I also added a little lemon pepper and minced garlic. It was so quick and easy to make. We can't wait to have this again! - 8/12/13

You are so right. My husband is not a fish lover and he actually enjoyed it. A friend of mine said he uses the same recipe for cat fish and pours tomato soup over the mixture before baking. - 3/24/09
