Never thought I liked Waldorf salad but as it turns out it was delicious! I did substitute the mayo for nonfat plain yogurt and almonds for the walnuts - thoroughly enjoyed every bite! - 1/19/10

I made this with turkey and used 2 tablespoons of light mayo and skipped the lemon juice. I also added 2 tablespoons of chopped onion and served it with whole wheat crackers. It was delish! - 4/3/09
