I made this the other night and was very pleased with it. The only thing I changed about it was that I used deer meat. I'm from the south, and we usually have a freezer full of lean deer meat. Tasted great though! - 3/6/09

    Incredible!
Very good! I added about 1/4 cup red onion and garlice powder. Didn't use oregano but next time will try it. I also put the green peppers (diced) in the mixture for about 10 minutes before transfering it to the oven because I didn't think they would be cooked enough. Also, this is a big amount. - 1/27/13

This is one of my favorite spark recipes, which is saying alot since 95% of all meals I have cooked in the last two years are from this site. I don't change anything other than using 1lb of beef and 1lb of turkey. and I usually get garlic flavored diced tomatoes - 7/9/11

Awesome. Incredible. Definitely a keeper. I cut it in half and used lean beef instead of Turkey. Family loved it...the one bad thing about making green peppers is the pepper is left til the end and you have to cut it up. This makes it all in one bite and no cutting. Highly recommend. - 5/12/09
