Introduction

This dairy-free smoothie packs protein and calcium into one tasty package. This dairy-free smoothie packs protein and calcium into one tasty package.

Ingredients

    1 cup vanilla soymilk1 cup soft silken tofu10 oz strawberries, frozen1/2 cup orange juice1 tablespoon honey

Directions

Whirl all ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately.



Makes 4 servings.

    kinda gross actually. sorry to be the voice of dissent but it really was soy-heavy.... so if you're not into soy much like me.... it's worth tweaking the recipe. - 6/30/09

    OOOOh I just made this recipe with splenda rather than honey and I didn't think to add orange juice. I used vanilla extract. It was great! thanks for the tips. - 3/12/09

    I am not into soy or tofu. But otherwise sounds delicious. We bought a Vita-Mix machine at the fair 2 weeks ago - wonderful, yummy!!!
