    1 Cup Skim Milk

    This is delicious! I never eat fruit and was looking for a good, simple smoothie recipe in hopes that it would help me get my fruits in. This, I will be making every day, a definite keeper! - 8/29/09

    I tried this and it was good. I did not use the honey since I dont like honey. My husband didnt like it but my daughter and her friend who are both 12 loved it. It came out more as an ice cream instead of a shake and thats how they wanted it.!! It made a perfect dessert. - 1/18/09

    Very Good
    I had a cherry smoothie at Panera a few days ago. I decided I could try it at home. This recipe helped me know what to do. I used frozen cherries and it tasted just like Panera's at a fraction of the cost. - 3/15/10
