I make a similar smoothie using 1 cup no fat cottage cheese in place of the yogurt. It's very high in protein & calcium. I also use about 2 T vanilla (I don't measure, I just pour a bit in the blender) & use splenda to taste. I like to add 2 T of flaxseed meal also. It has great nutritional value - 1/1/09

I made this for breakfast today. I used non fat Greek Style Yogurt (It's currently the fashionable yogurt LOL), and fresh raspberries on sale at Sprouts this week. I like to throw in a few ice cubes to make it cooler. And I added ground flax seed. Sometimes I use 1 cup of skim and .5 c. yogurt. - 8/27/09

This is a breakfast favourite at our house. I always throw in a tbsp of nutritional yeast...you can't taste it in the smoothie and its a great source of B vitamins. For those looking for something to make it a little sweeter, substitute the milk with 1 tbsp of oj concentrate and a little water - 1/13/09

OMG! Ok have to admit I didn't think i'd like this. I LOVE the very unhealthy Orange Julious smoothies. I didn't have any bananas so I substituted with extra strawberries an blueberries. I drink 2% milk so I used that instead of skim. And I LOVED it!! Wow this is really good!! Thanks for sharing! - 1/4/09
