Introduction
This is a delicious alternative to beef or turkey and it is delicious with a mexican flavor. I had these with homemade whole wheat low calorie hamburger buns and with a piece of low fat cheddar cheese melted on it. 1 egg (2 egg whites)
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon cumin
1 teaspoon Thai chili sauce or hot sauce
