Ingredients

Olive Oil, 2 1tsp
Shrimp, raw, 28 large
Garlic, 3 clove - diced
White Wine, 1/3 cup
Salt, 1/2 tsp
Pepper, black, 1/4 tbsp
Parsley, 1/4 cup
*Lemon Juice, 1 tbsp
Directions
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp, saute 1 minute. Add garlic; saute 1 minute. Stir in white wine, salt and pepper; bring mixtured to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium; cook 30 seconds. Add parsley and juice; toss well to coat. Cook 1 minute or until shrimp is done.
Serving size: 7 shrimp.

I'm going to try this soon. It is sound delicious. But can I remove the white wine from the ingredients, becuse I never drink wine or use it. - 12/9/09

Oops! Sorry I missed your question. I have made this when I was out of wine. You'll need to reduce the cook time to avoid dryness.
You know the process of cooking removes the alcohol from wine, if that's your concern.
