Introduction
This is a baked version of the classic chicken chimichanga. My family loves this! I usually top them with a little salsa for a fat free treat, but my husband likes to use sour cream. Ingredients

1 can of cooked chicken
1 8 oz pkg FF cream cheese, softened
1 C shredded cheddar cheese
dash each of cumin, pepper, salt and garlic salt
1 4oz can chopped green chile
10 small flour tortillas
Directions
Mix together all ingredients, except the tortillas. Spoon a small amount in the middle of each tortilla, then wrap by closing the two ends first, then folding over the sides. Spray with a small amount of non stick cooking spray, or spray butter. Bake at 350 until golden brown.

I made this and it turned out horrible. the canned chicken was too much like tuna and the corn shells didn't work well.
To the poster of this recipe, I mistyped, I did use flour shells, and it was nasty. Just because something is delicious to you doesn't mean I have to like it. Childish - 1/11/09

My chicken is never "tuna-ish", and my instructions were for FLOUR tortillas, not corn. Try again!
