Ingredients

    9 Potato raw medium size, sliced
    3 cups of Sweet Corn Cream Style
    2 small onions raw sliced
    1 cup butter
    1/4 cup of milk 2 % or less % if you choose.

Directions

Preheat oven at 400 degrees. You slice all your potatoes and onion. Then in a pan add one row of potatoes then onion add a bit of cream corn and butter. Continue doing so until you have nothing left then pour the milk on top. Cover and cook for 1 hr at 400 degrees.

    THis was good. I cut the recipe down. For 2 people it's too many leftovers. Used 2 potatoes, a can of creamed corn, quarter stick of butter and skim milk. Less calories and less fats. - 5/13/20
