THis was good. I cut the recipe down. For 2 people it's too many leftovers. Used 2 potatoes, a can of creamed corn, quarter stick of butter and skim milk. Less calories and less fats.
it was good and high in fiber and protein but might want to lower fat. used skim milk and half the butter plus added more onion
Sorry but this would not be a healthy recipe for me. Too high in calories and too much fat to fit into my meal plan. But, thanks for sharing.
