  I COMBINED THIS RECIPE WITH COACH NICOLE'S LENTIL LOAF. I OMITTED THE MEAT USED LENTILS INSTEAD MADE SOME ADJUSTMENT TO BOTH RECIPES AND CAME UP WITH A GREAT RECIPE OF MY OWN! THANKS FOR YOUR QUICK METHOD OF PUTTING IT TOGETHER! - 4/21/08
