    Good
I was good, but my cabbage was not cooked through. Maybe I did not add enough water but since it's not in the recipe, I only guess I need about 14oz. - 1/29/13

    Very Good
this was good I would make it again. 2 onions sounded like too much but the dish was a little bland so maybe that was the reason - 3/14/09

    Good
It was ok, not as good as I had hoped. Like everyone said, had to guess on the water. Why 1.5 lbs of ground beef - that was too much, stayed with 1 lb. - 3/30/08

Really, really good. Very easy to make and tasty. Had to guess on the water but it came out just right. I used ground turkey instead of beef and roasted galic and herbs diced tomatos. - 3/23/08

This was so good!!!! I wasn't sure how much water to use so I used the can that held the tomato sauce and used equal to the sauce. Turned out great!! Even the rest of the family liked it, including my 5 year old!!! - 3/9/08

In Orlando, back in the day, there was this wonderful restaurant, Ronnie's that made killer stuffed cabbage. Not having the patience for all that I modified mine to pretty much the same as above sans garlic but add 1 cup of raisins, 15 oz tomatoes & tsp of cinnamon. Sub Soy crumbles to lower choles - 1/15/08

I make this same recipe in the crockpot. Layer 1/2 cabbage, uncooked beef, uncooked rice, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, 1/2 cabbage, Spaghetti sauce, a little water. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. - 9/4/07

Not sure why my rice didn't cook so I had to cook a lot longer. I guessed on amt of water added. (doesn't say how much.) Maybe that was my problem. My meat was overcooked but other than that problem it was good. I definitely would like to try it again and maybe add the rice after it is cooked. - 8/2/07
