Introduction

Delicious bite-sized brownies - when you simply *must* have dessert. Delicious bite-sized brownies - when you simply *must* have dessert.
Number of Servings: 32

Ingredients

    3/4 cup melted butter
    1.5 cups sugar
    1.5 tsp vanilla
    3 eggs
    1/2 cup cocoa powder
    3/4 cup flour
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
1 cup chopped nuts (I like pecans)
    1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 pan.

Beat butter, eggs, sugar, vanilla together. Mix in cocoa powder, flour, baking powder & salt. Stir everything to combine. Add nuts & chocolate chips. Bake for 20-22 minutes until the tops of the brownies look dry & delicious. A toothpick inserted should come out clean-ish, unless you add extra chips! Do not overcook.

Let brownies cool completely, cut in bite-sized squares - This recipe usually makes 32 small brownies for me @ 145 calories each.
