Two of my favorite ingredients in one recipe! A touch of Middle East and a touch of the Orient. Who says you can't have the best of both worlds? Two of my favorite ingredients in one recipe! A touch of Middle East and a touch of the Orient. Who says you can't have the best of both worlds?

Taste is great and original. However, the paddies fell apart! I added an egg which helped a little bit. Will need to experiment more. - 2/26/10

while blending that i had to add water, and after a long time of blending, i was able to cook. but it was very stringy. w/the consistency, i kept feeling as if i had hair in my mouth. i am so sorry i had to give such a bad review. :( i was pretty excited about this recipe. forgive me please. Very Good
The flavor was absolutely delicious! I had a little problem with the patties falling apart. They were still very good and when you put them on a bun, you would never notice that they split a little. Will definitely make these again! - 4/11/12
