Ingredients

    4 cup Madarin Oranges
    6 cup Pineapple Chunks, No sugar pineapple juice
    1 cup coconut , shredded
    1 cup Pecans, chopped
    4 cup fat free plain yogurt (vanilla)

Directions

Drain the juice of the pineapple and the madarin oranges, then place the fruit in a big bowl. Add coconut, add pecans, and plain or vanilla low fat yogurt into the bowl and mix .
This makes 14 1-cup servings.

    I will try this with 1 cup mandarin oranges, 1 1/2 cup pineapple, 1/4 cup coconut, 1/4 cup pecans and 1 cup FF vanilla yogurt. A much more manageable amount for my family. This looks yummy and like something my kids would really like as a dessert. - 3/21/07
