Introduction

These aren't particularly healthy, but they are delicious! These aren't particularly healthy, but they are delicious!
Number of Servings: 35

Ingredients

    1 cup sugar
1 cup CHUNKY peanut butter (you can use fat-free if you like; it tastes about the same)
    1 large egg

Directions

Make sure you use crunchy peanut butter- creamy will not work.
1. Preheat to 375.
2. Combine ingredients in a large bowl and mix together.
3. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto a baking sheet (Warning: these tend to spread out quite a lot, and sometimes you just end up with a big mass of cookie).
4. Flatten each cookie a little and
5. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until edges are crisp. Makes about 18 servings.
Note: When these come out of the oven, they will not seem quite done because they fall apart when you try to pick them up. Cooling rectifies this.

Enjoy!

I also use creamy, and brown sugar instead of white. The brown keeps them softer and has a nicer flavour in my opinion. - 4/23/10

I'm craving something sweet...but it just seems that flour is missing in this recipe for some reason. I guess because I'm use to adding it. I may try another version of this tonight. - 6/17/09
