Loved it. Made it for lunch today. Fast and easy and "TASTES GREAT!!" I made a single serving by adjusting the ingredient amounts. Used my Toaster Oven and set it to broil. Took advice from viewers on adding a sprinkle of parmesan and using Olive oil instead of butter. Will share with family. - 2/15/13

I would rate higher but I prefer using more natural fats like olive oil or butter in smaller portions than margarine. Otherwise, yum! I did it with 1 T of butter and used cod instead of tilapia. - 3/17/07
