Ingredients

    2 Large eggs
    1 Piece of sliced cheese
    A little bit of milk
    --optionally eat with tortilla

Directions

Makes enough for one person
----
1. Place pan over medium heat
2. Break 2 eggs into a bowl
3. Add salt and pepper
4. Add a little bit of milk (about 1/8 of a cup)
5. Scramble eggs
6. Once the eggs are nearly done then place cheese on top of eggs and allow to melt.
7. After you have removed the eggs you can use the warm pan to soften the tortilla
