    Incredible!
I accidentally added 2 tbsp of lemon juice but I just added more garlic and it turned out great! I never knew hummus was sooooo easy. I will play around now to come up with different flavors. I enjoyed this on pita. - 11/8/10

Really nice, first time I've tried it. I usually soak a large batch of beans overnight and cook & freeze them for use in meals as I need them, but I love this hummus. will be a regular addition each time I batch cook the beans. Thanks - 9/29/09

Hummus is my favorite right now. A nice think to add to "spice" it up is by adding red pepper flakes, about 1/8 teaspoon. Even my kids like it that way. - 9/18/09

    Very Good
Thanks so much for this quick and easy recipe. I used a little more garlic because I'm a garlic lover and it's really tasty.

For some reason, though, my hummus came out awfully watery. I'll play with the ingredient portions going forward.

I used sesame oil instead of olive oil and threw in some roasted garlic. Yummy! Even Hubby, who doesn't like the storebrands, loved it! - 8/20/09

I've been making this same recipe for a long time and it's delicious...and so much cheaper than store bought. It's great with homemade pita chips or cut up veggies. - 5/19/09

    Incredible!
I made something very like this last night and it made wonderful leftovers as well as initial meal. Cooked my own beans though, and that took a long time. Sure is an awesome alternative to other spreads. Good job! - 4/28/09
